Inner thoughts Chapter 12

Previously on inner Thoughts:

" Yes 3rd room on the left " a women said telling me the directions , I thanked her quickly and left to the third room on the left quickly walking in without even knocking!

She was lying there on the bed needles attached to her she didn't have her veal on but I wished that she still had it on ,her hair fell all of it.. Her face looked much paler she had her eyes shut and I thought Is this really Goodbye?

I palmed my forehead regretting leaving her like that for more than three months!

*flashbacks 3 months earlier*:

"Fahad I have to go And I can't do this anymore I'm Dying Fahad " she said once we were both near the car as the cold wind kept hitting us, I was trapped in confusion..

" Reemaa-" she cut me off

" Fahad promise me that you don't come back for me, please if you really love me just promise !" She cried

" I can't promise you that Because I know ill come back for you one day"

" Fahaad lw sm7ti 3shani!!" She cried out loud this time 

" I promise" I said watching her simply walk Away..

At that very moment I Had to make the fastest decision I've ever made and that was wether I leave her and our future or our destiny ends here or  I hold on to her no matter what happens, I stay with her until the last day of our lives? 

What was Going to happen to Us?

*End of flashbacks*

I headed to where she was laying down, I sat on the chair next to her Staring at her with regret in my eyes..

Regret because just for a moment there I left her even though our relationship lasted for a couple of months but what we had was more than anything, or at least my love for her was and still is indescribable..

I held into her had kissing it a couple of times not wanting to let go of her hands..

" Fahad " her sweet soft voice startled me but it also brought me joy!

" Reema 7beebti 7assa bshy?" I smiled 

" Fa- Fahad You promised" she looked up at me, her eyes never looked weaker I kissed her forehead whilst holding into her hand..

" Some promises can not be kept I may have broke my promise but it was Worth it seeing you-" she cut me off

" for the last time " she swallowed a lump staring at me with Her weak brown eyes..

" tfa2lo bl5ayr tjdooh bttshafeen enshallah w bntzwj w bnjeeb 3yal w bt9eereen Om b3deen bt9eereen jadda b3d Enshallah" I said lying to myself and to her l2na nsbat shfa2ha 10%..

She weakly smiled mouthing the word  "  a7bk" out

"esh ma asm3?" I teased her 

" A7bk" she blushed. 

" Yazeen Eli yst7oon bs Ana Amoot feek tdreen?" I grinned staring down at her, a sudden knock on the door startled both of us it was the nurse she wanted to check up on her!

" Did you eat anything?" The nurse asked Reema whilst holding a piece of paper in her hand

Reema shook her head " ill bring you your food okay and you have to eat Reema it's not good " the nurse said leaving the room

" enshallah " she smiled 

" Your parents know about this right?" I asked just wanting to make sure

" No" she Bit her bottom lip 

" el7een dgi 3leehm" I handed her her phone after taking it from the table next to me..

I excused myself telling her that Im going to bring me a cup of coffee just to give her privacy with her parents.. Ma kan Wdi ad5l beenhm wla shy.

Got down and headed to Starbucks ordering myself a black coffee that's when I heard a familiar Voice looking up to find Anna my Australian friend!

" Annaa " I said looking down at short Anna with her orange hair up in a messy bun, she was wearing shorts along with a shirt that had the Australian flag on it.

" Fahad heey how are you?"

" I'm great, what brings you here?" I smiled 

" I'm here with my brother and you?" She asked

" oh I'm sorry what happened? And I'm visiting a friend "

" he's just a little ill " 

" so ill see you later?"

" yeah see you later "she smiled

I headed back to reema's hospital room and found her watching tv

" 7yati 6fshana?"

" Eee so much actually " she frowned 

" well ill be your entertainer for tonight miss Reema " I stuck my tongue out acting silly just to see her laugh and she did she laughed, I haven't heard her laugh for a long time and I missed it!

" How are you going to entertain me?" She laughed harder

" hmm let's play truth or dare shrayek?"

" Yooh ya gdmha yalla "

" truth or dare reemati?"

" reemati" she laughed 

" Ee reemati because you're mine Reema and only mine" I said watching her blush as her cheeks became redder!

" yalla truth "

" what was your first impression of me lmn shfteeni wla lmn 7akeetk awal mrra?" I raised my eyebrow whilst laughing 

" agoolk el9ij?"

" Ee Allah ystr " I laughed 

" the first time I saw you I thought you might be cocky and that you're one of those guys that thinks can get anything they want" she threw her hands in the air whilst laughing

" wallah Ana cocky ha " I wiggled my eyebrows at her 

" I thought you were cocky Yalla truth or dare?"

" Dare " A stupid grin was plastered on my face..

" Goom erg9 ma9ri yalla " she laughed so hard at her evil dare

" laa2 ma etfagna 3la k4a" 

" Ella yalla a dare Is a dare w bw9wrk Zeen ch4i?"

" laa mo Zeen ch4i abooy "

" yalla Fahad " I got up and did the dare I looked and also felt ridiculous..

She took pictures of me dancing and of course she was laughing so hard!

The game went on we kept laughing all the way till the end

Three words I love her.

" yalla 3ad grbi Ly shway " I blinked several times 

" ma ykfi" she gasped

" Ela ykfi enti 3a9la" she laughed and moved over a bit so i could fit next to her and we did fit in one hospital bed fortunately..

I got my phone out and pressed on the front camera " Smile to the camera beautiful" I pointed at my phone she smiled and we took the picture.

We sat talking all night about everything, we talked about things we haven't talked about for a while..

Then we both slept in that hospital bed whilst holding each others hands..

I woke up in the middle of the night to find her awake staring at me with a smile on her face, I smiled back 

" I love you " she simply said closing her eyes, I held her closer whispering the words " I love you too" in her ear then immediately falling asleep with her in my arms..

I woke up the next morning sadly I had to leave for college I had an exam!

I covered her with a blanket kissing her forehead but before I left I put a note next to her saying " good morning pretty ill be back Soon! Love you " 

I left to the university and had my exam it went pretty well..

I was so excited to see Reema so once I finished having my exam I quickly headed to the hospital !

Once I got there I went to her room the 3rd one on the left..

A grin was plastered on my face, I don't know I just wanted to see her I missed her..

Once I got all my excitement faded, my grin turned into a frown..

It was like someone stabbed me..

She wasn't there, the room was empty totally empty..

I headed to the reception asking them about her..

" Im sorry but I'm afraid Reema alX passed away this morning" 

I couldn't believe my ears, it can't be she was okay this morning I saw her with my own eyes..

 

" whaat?? Are you sure ?"

" I'm afraid so , I'm sorry "

I Wanted to die because the best part of me was gone, ma knt mstw3b Eli ga3ed y9eer..
